La Casona de la Ronda

La Casona de la Ronda used to be an old residence from 1738 that was converted into a lovely boutique hotel with 22 rooms since the year 2011 and it preserves the historic value of UNESCO heritage.

The hotel is conveniently located in the “Centro Histórico”, walking distance to the main attractions of the Old Town, making it very convenient to walk around. The pedestrianized Street “La Ronda” where it is situated boasts a number of beautiful specialty shops, cafes and restaurants.

This Boutique Hotel is tastefully presented for you to immerse in the Ecuadorian Culture.

The 22 rooms are divided into 2 Floors and we have 3 different room categories:  Standard King, Standard Twin and Junior Suite.

Also since the year 2020 we have added to our portfolio another property called La Casona de la Ronda Luxury Apartments. This is a separate building located 100 meters away from the hotel with 8 fully equipped modern apartments. We have 6 one Bedroom Apartments and 2 Two Bedroom Apartments.
